Shipping policy

UK Delivery:

Standard delivery is £5.80 and will be shipped within 2-4 days of the order being placed.

European Union:

EU delivery is £12.85 and will be shipped within 2-4 days of the order being placed.

European customers: Please be aware that Seagrass Story is a U.K. based company. All items sent will be ‘delivered duties unpaid’ (DDU) which means that international customers will be responsible for import VAT, customs duties and handling fees. Please take this into account before placing your order. Thank you for understanding.

Local Collection:

We are based in London, United Kingdom. Please email jessica@seagrassstory.com to arrange collection.

Returns:

If you wish to return your product, please see our returns policy:

• All items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of dispatch.

• We kindly ask that all items are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

• We recommend that all returns be sent using a trackable postal service. Regrettably, we’re unable to offer a refund for items lost in the post without proof of postage.

• We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the Seagrass Story return requirements.

• All items purchased on sale, promotions, or bespoke are final sale and non-returnable.
